Yes it’s true; an apostle
of the Lord fixed my hair.
We were the luckiest kids
on the block this week because we were visited by Elder Stevenson, and as I
went to shake his hand he had to move my hair to see my nametag.
We also had the Presiding Bishop
there, and Elder Carter and Elder Klebingat of the General Seventy.
All of them spoke to us and
it was such a special experience. They talked about our calling and our purpose
and how each one of us was called to this mission for a reason. We all were meant to be in Orlando Florida.
Which was an answer to an age-old prayer of mine.
They had a couple of other
subjects that were talked about that I will share with you as I study them more
out myself and feel them deeper.
One of my favorite things
ever from Elder Klebingat is “Knowledge absent of Righteousness has no
redeeming value.”
It’s something I think of
quite often because what we learn means nothing if we don’t do something about
it,
They all show so much joy
about the gospel that it just makes you so so happy.

We also were able to have
Zone conference this week, Sister Naylor and I gave a training on asking for
referrals in an authentic way, and we were very blessed to be able to do it
because we learned probably more than anyone else, as we prayed about it and
studied it out.

Our recent convert in the
Ward gave us a referral because he’s awesome and sharing the gospel, the lady
is a little... unique. She has a lot of different ideas and some of them are a
little out there but she’s also super open to learning more.

We love our members in the
area and I’ve learned so much from them already, some of them have the most
amazing stories of conversion and it’s so inspiring to Sister Naylor and I.
I love my mission so very
much.
